摘要
采用纤维素酶对32S的木棉/棉混纺纱线进行酶洗处理,通过正交试验讨论了p H、纤维素酶质量浓度、温度、时间对纱线断裂强度的影响,并对酶洗前后纱线的表面形貌(SEM)、红外光谱图(FTIR)和X射线粉末衍射(XRD)进行分析.正交试验优选出的最佳工艺为:纤维素酶质量浓度1.0 g/L,p H=6.0,处理温度35℃,处理时间30 min.经酶洗处理后,木棉纤维表面更加光滑、纱线表面毛羽减少.SEM表明:酶洗工艺会对木棉/棉纱线表面进行抛光;FTIR表明:酶洗后纱线的官能团无变化;XRD表明:酶洗使纱线结晶度下降,柔软性提高,手感变好.
32S of kapok/cotton blended yarns were treated with cellulase. The influences of pH, cellulase concentration, temperature and time on the breaking tenacity of yarns were investigated through orthogonal test. The microstructure of the yarns before and after treatment were analyzed with SEM, FTIR and XRD. The optimum treatment conditions were as follows: cellulase concentration was 1.0 g/L, pH was 6.0, temperature was 35 ℃ and time was 30 min. After cellulase washing process, the surface of kapok fibers was more smooth, and the yarn had lower hair index. SEM results showed that the yarn surface was polishing and etching after cellulase washing process. FTIR results illustrated that there was no new functional group generated and had no original functional group disappeared. XRD demonstrated that the crystallinity of the yarns after cellulase treatment was reduced, the softness and handle of the yarns were improved.
