摘要
针对印刷机印刷滚筒运转过程中因挠曲变形过大而导致接触区域局部印刷压力不足,影响印品质量的问题,从改善印刷滚筒支承性能的角度出发,提出了将预负荷弹性复合圆柱滚子轴承作为印刷滚筒承载零件的方案,采用数值模拟软件ANSYS对预负荷弹性轴承进行了填充度优选,研究了在工作载荷的情况下预负荷弹性轴承过盈量对印刷滚筒挠曲变形的影响,讨论了在过压载荷的情况下对印刷滚筒的过载保护,并对预负荷弹性轴承进行了失效分析。结果表明,承受工作载荷时,预负荷弹性轴承能有效减小印刷滚筒的挠曲变形,而承受过压载荷时,印刷滚筒能产生一定的挠曲变形来缓解自身及附件的损坏。
When the printing cylinder was in operations the excessive deflections were easily result in deficience of printing pressure in contact zone and affect the quality of the prints.From the perspec-tive of improving the supporting property of printing cylinder,preload elastic composite cylindrical roller bearing was treated as parts of carrying load of printing cylinder.By means of numerical simula-tion software ANSYS,the filling degree of preload elastic bearing was optimized,the influences of preload elastic bearing interference on the deflection of printing cylinder under the conditions of work-ing load were studied,the overpressure protection of printing cylinder under the conditions of over-pressure load were discussed,finally,the invalidation of preload elastic bearing were analyzed.The results show that preload elastic bearing can reduce the deflection of the printing cylinder effectively under circumstance of withstand working loads and the printing cylinder can produce deflection to re-lieve the damages of itself and accessories under circumstance of sustain overpressure loads.
