含富血小板纤维蛋白骨粉诱导骨组织再生的临床观察

A clinical observation of guided bone regeneration by using rich platelet fibrin mixed with Bio-oss bone powder

目的:观察含富血小板纤维蛋白(rich platelet fibrin,PRF)骨粉在即刻种植种植体周围诱导骨组织再生的作用。方法:随机选取即刻种植的单颗前牙40例,分为两组,实验组20例,植入PRF/Bio-oss骨粉,对照组20例,植入Bio-oss骨粉,通过CBCT比较术后两组新骨密度、厚度与高度。结果:即刻种植术12、16、20周,CBCT检查结果发现实验组新骨密度、厚度、高度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:PRF/Bio-oss骨粉在即刻种植种植体周围诱导骨组织再生的作用明显高于Bio-oss骨粉。PRF/Bio-oss骨粉具有较好的临床应用价值。

Objective： To observe the Osteoinduction of the rich platelet fibrin mixing with Bio-oss bone powder in the immediating implants. Method： 40 cases with immediating implants were chosen randomly and divided into two groups： Group one using PRF / Bio-oss powder, Group two using Bio-oss powder only, measuring the difference of the density, thickness and length between the two groups. Result： After measuring with CBCT at the 12, 16, 20 weeks, Group one is more effective statisticly than Group two （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： The osteoinduction with PRF / Bio-oss powder is better than Bio- oss powder clinically.
