摘要
研制6种新型聚苯硫醚/锦纶6交织粘扣带,并对粘扣带的力学性能进行测试。结果表明:力学性能最优的粘扣带的组织结构是,纬向钩排列密度为1钩∶4经纱,经向钩排列密度为1钩∶3纬纱;粘扣带的强度主要受钩密度和钩挂率的影响,钩的线密度与面密度越大,粘扣带的强度越高。
Six different kinds of polyphenylene sulfide/nylon 6 interwoven Velcro’s organization structures and mechanical properties were studied. The results show the Velcro’s organizational structure, with opti-mal mechanical property, is the hook arranged density in weft being 1 hook∶4 warps, the hook ar-ranged density in warp being 1 hook∶ 3 wefts. The Velcro intensity is influenced by hook density and hooking rate. The larger the unit linear density and areal density of hook, the greater the intensity of the Velcro.
