摘要
分别从电荷特性和击穿特性两个方面综述了辐射条件下聚合物绝缘介电现象的相关研究。总结发现,聚合物在高能辐射作用下,交联反应和降解反应对聚合物的介电性能分别产生相反的作用,辐射效应结果取决于哪一反应占优势。聚合物材料的辐射老化结果与多种因素有关,如材料类型、辐射总量、辐射率、辐射时间、环境气氛等。
The research on dielectric properties of polymer insulating materials under radiation environment was reviewed from charge characteristic and breakdown characteristic, respectively. It is summarized that the cross-linking reaction and degradation reaction have the opposite influence on the dielectric properties of polymer insulating materials after radiation, and the results depend on the dominant one. The radiation result of polymer insulating material is related to a variety of factors, such as the type of materials, the total dose of radiation, radiation rate, radiation time, and environment atmosphere.
