摘要
文章运用SWOT分析法对全科医学"5+3"规范化培训与专业学位研究生教育并轨的优势和劣势,机遇和风险进行系统分析并提出建议,从而充分利用内部优势及规避外部风险,探讨该模式持续发展的可行性。
The article analysis the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and risk of the “5 ＋ 3”Residency Training and Postgraduate education scheme of the Chinese General Practitioners by SWOT analysis. And put forward the proposal to make full use of the internal advantages and avoid the external risk, discusses the feasibility of the model sustainable development.
