多孔支架在肌肉组织工程中的应用

Applications of Porous Scaffolds in Muscle Tissue Engineering

摘要 支架是组织工程的关键要素之一。在肌肉组织工程中,多孔支架具备独特的优势,包括利于细胞的存活、成肌分化及血管长入等,应用潜力巨大。多孔支架的性能与材料的性质密切相关,此外支架的孔径大小及孔隙率等直接影响细胞黏附、增殖与分化。本文就肌肉组织工程中常用多孔支架的种类、应用及优势等作一综述。 Scaffold is one of the key elements required for tissue engineering. Porous scaffolds have several special ad- vantages for muscle tissue engineering, and they are beneficial to cell survival, myogenic differentiation, and vascular ingrowth. The performance of porous scaffolds is closely related to the property of the hiomaterials used. Additionally, the pore size and porosity may affect cell adhesion, proliferation, and differentiation. This review focuses on the application of porous scaffolds in muscle tissue engineering, including their categories, application, and advantages.
