摘要
水凝胶是一种能够在体外模拟细胞外基质的新型高分子聚合生物材料。水凝胶本身具有生物惰性,通过对其理化性质和生物学特性进行精确设计,能够在体外为细胞生长和新生组织形成提供机械支持和发育引导。本文主要介绍了水凝胶的设计、性能及其在组织工程与再生医学、药物递送、干细胞培养与细胞疗法方面的应用。
Hydrogel is a creative polymeric biomaterial which can resemble extracellular matrix (ECM) in vitro. Hy- drogel is also a material with intrinsic bioinert, but it can offer mechanical support and developmental guide for cell growth and new tissue organization by designing physicochemical and biological properties of hydrogels precisely. This review mainly introduces design of hydrogels, properties and applications in tissue engineering and regenerative medicine, drug delivery, stem cell culture and cell therapy.
