摘要
根据测量雷达传动系统原理以及其工作特性和传动特性要求,设计了一种双电机消隙的测量雷达传动系统。在对测量雷达方位俯仰运动特性理论分析的基础上,分析了测量雷达传动系统的传动系统的负载组成和计算公式,并对其动力传动系统主要参数进行了设计计算。针对测量雷达对传动系统的高精度要求,采用双电机驱动的传动方式,降低了传动链的间隙误差。外场试验实测数据结果表明,采用双电机消隙的传动系统满足雷达伺服系统性能及精度要求。
Abstract: Accoding to the theory of the requirements of working properties and transmission characteristics of the measurement radar, a drive train for anti-backlash with dual motors was analyzed in this paper. Loads and calculation model for the demand of the measure radar servo system were analyzed and the main parameter of the drive train was designed based on the theory analysis of traction characteristics. For the demand of high precision of the drive train from the measurement radar, anti-backlash with dual motors as a key technique was employed to reduce the transmission error. The outfield test and measured data validate the drive system could meet the capability of radar servo system and the precision requirement.
