摘要
在进行微动磨损试验时,由于试验材料(核电Inconel690传热管)价格昂贵,因此需要设计出一套既节省材料、又可以满足试验研究要求的夹具。通过了解整套微动试验系统和试验流程,从夹具材料选择、尺寸设定、配合安装条件和试验应用环境等多方面综合考虑,通过测量和计算制定出合理的设计加工方案。夹具设计采用Pro/Engineer三维辅助设计软件进行三维建模、采用CAD二维辅助设计软件进行工程图绘制,然后通过线切割机、数控铣床、钻床的综合应用,最终完成整套夹具的设计、制造加工。
In fretting wear test, the test materials (nuclear power Incone1690 tube)is too expensive. Therefore we need to design a set of test fixture that can save materials and meet the test requirements. We knew the set of fretting test system and test process, and we considered the fixture material selection, sizing, matching installation conditions and test application environment etc. We worked out and design the reasonable processing plan through the test fixture measured and calculated. We used Pro/Engineer for three-dimensional modeling of fixture. We used CAD map out the fixture of the engineering drawing.
