摘要 分析了穿孔机四辊定心装置的结构原理和功能特点;通过比较位置闭环控制和串联同步控制两种液压系统设计方案,设计出一种经济、可靠、高效的四辊定心装置液压系统。生产数据表明:该四辊定心装置液压系统能够长时间无故障、免维护、自修正地高效运行,完全达到功能工艺设计要求,创造出良好的经济效益。 Analyzed are the structural principle and function characteristics of the 4-roll centering device of the piercing mill. The design schemes of the position close-loop control hydraulic system and the series synchronous control hydraulic system are compared to each other, Based on the comparison result, an economic, reliable and high efficient hydraulic system for the said 4-roll centering system is designed and developed. Actual operation data of the system demonstrate that the said hydraulic system is capable of long term, non-failure, maintenance-free, self-correcting and high-efficient operation, having completely met the functional and technological design requirements, and brought about satisfactory economic profit.
