U型管推弯弯管反弹动态补偿的研究

摘要 为了避免U型管在推弯过程中因外径、壁厚及热处理性能的微小差异导致推弯时反弹的不同,从而影响弯曲半径的尺寸偏差,通过采用弯管反弹动态补偿的方法,计算在U型管推弯时控制或补偿弯曲的反弹量,保证U型管弯曲半径的精度。实际测量结果表明:通过实时的动态补偿,对U型管弯曲半径的修正可以达到25%以上。 During the pushing-bending operation of the U-shaped tube, it is possible that the bending radius dimensional deviation is affected by the difference of rebounding that is caused by slight differences of the tube's O.D., W.T. and heat treatment properties. To avoid this undesirable condition, the method of bending-rebound dynamic compensation is used to find out the rebound amount that is needed for controlling or compensating the bending during the U-shaped tube pushing-bending operation so as to guarantee the accuracy of the tube's bending radium. The actual measurement result shows that thanks to the real time dynamic compensation, correction value of the said U-shaped tube's radium can be more than 25%.
