本文立足于国家社会科学基金艺术学项目奠基时期的20世纪80年代,从国家社会科学基金艺术学项目的设立和单列与艺术学者独立的学科意识的联系出发,回顾其设立和单列的历史过程,着眼于本时期立项的七个项目及其重要学术成果,详细探讨国家社会科学基金艺术学项目在新时期艺术学学科体系的建设、艺术学学术研究、文化艺术事业发展中的推动作用,系统地论证这一时期国家社会科学基金艺术学项目对新时期中国艺术学发展的建构意义。

Based on the 1980s which laid a foundation for the National Social Science Fund for Art Projects, the paper starts with discussing the relation between the founding and separate setting up of National Social Science Fund for Art Projects on the one hand and art scholars＇ independent disciplinary consciousness on the other. And then it reviews the history of the founding and separate setting up of National Social Science Fund for Art Projects and the seven approved art projects in the 1980s and their major academic achieve- ments. Then, it gives a systematic and in - depth discussion of the Constructive Significance of the 1980s＇ National Social Science Fund for Art Projects for the Development of Chinese art science in the new era, namely, the role that 1980s＇ National Social Science Fund for Art Projects plays in promoting the construction of disciplinary system of art, academic study of art science, and the development of cultural and artistic industries.
