摘要
自改革开放以来诞生的西部少数民族题材电视剧作为弘扬主流意识形态、中华民族以及少数民族价值观,负载了民族形象,倡扬民族文化艺术的载体,在我国主导文化、精英文化、大众文化不断变迁的艺术回应中前行,并特立独行地坚守着自己的民族传统文化艺术。20世纪七八十年代,其在主导文化和大众文化主位、民族传统文化艺术的开掘中起步;20世纪90年代,其在主导文化、精英文化、大众文化并行和民族传统文化艺术的坚守中前行;21世纪初,其在主导文化、精英文化、大众文化比肩、融合和民族传统文化艺术的回归中兴盛。对于处于三个不同成长时期的西部少数民族题材电视剧文化特征的研究,有利于其继续在为国内外观众塑造我国西部地区"和而不同"的美好形象中有所作为。
TV plays on ethnic minorities, born during the implementation of reform and opening up, have been carrying forward the mainstream ideology, human values, Chinese national values and ethnic minorities values. TV plays on ethnic minorities, as the cartier of the image, cultures and arts of ethnic minorities, traditional ethnic culture and art, as well as reflecting the paral- leling, competition and integration of the dominant culture, the elite culture and the mass culture. In 1970s and 1980s, while the dominant culture and and the mass culture were prevailing and traditional ethnic cul- ture and art were firstly explored, TV plays on ethnic minorities was in their starting stage. In 1990s, they advanced while the dominant culture, the elite culture and the mass culture paralleled. In the early 21st century, they prospered when the dominant culture, the elite culture and the mass culture integrated and tra- ditional ethnic culture and art rejuvenated. A study on characteristics of TV plays on ethnic minorities in dif- ferent developing stages will help them to keep their significant role in shaping the image of a harmonious but different western China.
