基于流通业创新的居民消费研究

Study on Promotion of Circulation Industry Innovation to Resident's Consumption

流通产业效率划分为从业人员效率、零售网点效率、资本效率、企业效率等四大指标体系。从2000年以来,流通产业效率对消费率的提升作用明显,但是,由于城市流通产业的饱和,农村流通市场的薄弱,导致有些年份效率不高。因此,应积极加快建设农村流通基础设施,完善农村物流链。流通组织创新与技术扩散对于消费的促进作用十分明显,但是,限于中小企业资金瓶颈与我国城乡二元制结构的弊端,我国流通技术与组织创新并未得到强化,一定程度上限制了对居民消费的贡献。

The paper divides circulation efficiency into scale efficiency,retail outlets efficiency,capital efficiency and busi-ness efficiency,and according to the four indicators to make DEA model calculations.The study shows that circulation ef-ficiency has an obvious influence on consumption efficiency,but due to saturation of urban circulation industry,the rural circulation market is still very weak,rural infrastructure should be actively accelerated and rural logistics chain should be improved.Then this paper puts circulation efficiency as influencing factor and analyzes the promotion of circulation indus-try technology and innovation on consumption based on Chenery function and draws an obvious conclusion that circulation organizational innovation and technology diffusion play a role in promoting consumption.However,because of the fund bottleneck of SMEs and the defects of urban-rural dualistic structure,the circulation technology and organizational inno-vation haven’t been enhanced,which constraints the contribution to consumption to some extent.
