摘要
[目的]系统地研究黄瓜和土壤中氟吗啉农药的检测方法,为促进农产品安全生产提供技术支撑。[方法]采用乙腈作为提取溶剂,经PSA吸附分散剂净化后,通过高效液相色谱仪-紫外检测器测定其农药残留量。[结果]方法检出限为8.5×10^(-3)mg/kg,平均回收率为85.3%~102.3%相对标准偏差为2.2%~4.9%。[结论]该方法重现性好、检测限低、灵敏度高,具备检测氟吗啉在黄瓜及土壤中农药残留可行性。
[Aims]The residues of flumorph in cucumber and soil were systematically studied to promote the agricultural production safety.[Methods]The flumorph residues in cucumber and soil samples were extracted with acetonitrile solution,purified by adsorption dispersant of PSA,and determined by HPLC-UV.[Results]The limit oi detection of the method was 8.5×10^3 mg/kg,the average recovery was 85.3-102.3%,and the relative standard deviation was 2.2-4.9%.[Conclusions]The method is of high sensitivity,low limit of detection,good reproducibility,which completely contained the feasibility of determination of flumorph residues in cucumber and soil.
