底线伦理视域下的师德困境及其出路 被引量:1

摘要 一直以来,人们对于师德有这样一种共识:作为启蒙人,教师应该追求崇高的师德。然而,从目前发生在教师群体中的一些道德失范行为来看:教师不仅要追求崇高的师德也要守住师德的底线。基于底线伦理的教师道德为教师们提供了具体的行动指南、释放了压在身上的道德重负同时兼具可评价性,因此成为走出师德困境的一种可能路径。当然,基于底线伦理的教师道德"他律"的道德成方式有其自身局限性,同时一种排斥崇高性教师道德的师德误区也应该被避免。教师道德应该在教师的道德理想与基本要求之间寻求一个平衡点,教师则需要在平凡中追求卓越。 For a long time, people have a consensus: as the enlightenment people, teachers should pursue the noble virtue. However, from the current occurred in some of the teachers moral anomie behavior: teachers should not only pursuit of lofty ethics but also keep the bottom line of ethics. The bottom line of teachers’ ethics provides teachers with specific guidelines, releases the pressure in the body of the moral burden both scalability at the same time, thus became a possible way out of the ethics dilemma. Based on the base line of ethics of teachers’ morality, of course,“heteronomy” moral way has its own limitations, and at the same time a rejection noble teachers moral ethics erroneous zone should be avoided. We should find a right balance between the ethics ideal and its basic requirements. Teachers need to pursuit the excellence in the ordinary.
