Speed up and Promote the Development of Jinan's County Industrial Economy

济南是山东省省会城市,但多年来一直存在着规模实力不强和首位度不高的问题。与省内先进城市相比,这种差距主要不在市区而在县域,主要不在三产而在二产。因此,加快县域工业发展对提升济南市总体经济实力具有重要的战略意义。济南县域工业经济的落后是全方位的,必须从全市统筹的角度,加强对县域工业发展的规划、引导与支持。

As the capital city of Shandong Province, Jinan has been restricted for several years by its comparatively weak economic strength and low level of urban primacy. Jinan is lagged behind other advanced cities in Shandong, not in its urban but in county situation, and not in the tertiary industry but in the secondary industry. To speed up the county industrial development, therefore, is of strategic importance for the enhancement of Jinan’s comprehensive economic strength. As the county industrial economy of Jinan is lagged behind in an all-around manner, the planning, guidance, and support for it have to be strengthened from a comprehensive perspective.
