略论方志以人为纲突出地方特色——以《巨野县志1840-1990》评审稿为例

对于地方志,如果要寻找一个最能生动、鲜明、集中地体现地方特色的载体的话,可以说那是"非人莫属"的。譬如,写好巨野人当是《巨野县志》突出地方特色的一个重大角度。巨野人,不是巨野县的某个人或某些人,而是巨野县祖祖辈辈的人,尤其是当代80多万人所共同具有的典型特征构成的一种形象。它不同于内蒙人、广东人,原则上与郓城人、梁山人也略有不同。如果一部巨野县志,以巨野人为红线去搜集、选择和运用材料,尤其是在政治、经济、文化、风俗、方言、人物、大事记等有关社会题材的专题中,针对巨野人的几个典型特征的侧面,把巨野人写实、写活,那么,这部县志的地方特色一定会大放异彩的。
