摘要
主要从铁合金生产工艺角度,阐述了采用可编程控制器(PLC)组成的电极调节器在铁合金精炼过程中实现电极升降自动调节的原理及应用。该调节器的使用,有效地减少了电极折断、断弧及合金增碳等问题,提高铁合金产品质量;具有系统响应快、调节灵敏度高、运行稳定、操作简单、降低能耗和减少人员操作强度等优点。
Standing on the position of production,this article expound that adoption electrode regulator from PLC can achieve electrode lifting automatic adjustment in ferroalloy production process. By using this electrode regulator, can effectively remove following problem that electrode easy cutting, current interruption and increasing carbon in the molting steel , and improve the quality of products; has many advantage: such as fast response of system, high sensitivity of adjuster, stable running, simple operation, low energy consumption, decreasing operator etc.
