摘要
利用黔东南16县1981-2012年的干旱受灾数据,通过正交旋转主成分分析方法把黔东南干旱区划为三个区域;将国家气候中心提供的黔东南16县1981-2010年干旱实况监测文字资料数字化处理,用近60天内的有效降水、近30天相对湿润度、近90天和150天标准化降水指数进行多因子拟合,确定出三个干旱气候区各季节新气象干旱综合监测指数方程的各项系数,并利用2011-2012年黔东南干旱实况监测数据进行检验,结果表明确定的系数适用于本地。
Based on the data of disaster caused by drought in 16 counties of Southeast Guizhou Province from1981 - 2012,Qiandongnan prefecture was divided into three regions in this paper with method of rotated principal component. The monitoring text drought data from 1981 - 2012 provided by the national climate center was converted to digital data. Based on SPIW60、MI30、SPI90and SPI150 data from 1981 - 2010,the coefficients of the new compound drought index equation were defined with method of factors fitting technology. After inspection by monitoring drought data from 2011 - 2012,the results show that the coefficients are applicable to the area of Qiandongnan.
