摘要
通过对菲林、菲林与FPC邦定工艺的研究,总结其邦定工艺与传统玻璃邦定工艺的不同,从而掌握完成FPC邦定至菲林邦定工艺用的全自动邦定机研制所需克服的难点。针对难点进行相应的机械结构设计与改进,有效保证了全自动FOF邦定机的可靠性和稳定型。全自动FOF邦定机作为完成菲林材料触摸屏制程中的FPC与菲林邦定工艺的设备,为菲林结构触摸屏的量产提供了有力保障。
