摘要
气液两相流监测是载人航天发展需解决的关键技术之一。液相中气泡大小及累计体积是气液两相流测量领域的主要计量参数。基于光学检测技术实现对气液两相流水中气泡大小及体积的测量,通过与高速摄像机与快关阀法测量对比,实验结果表明,光学检测技术能够实现气液两相流在微重力环境下常见流型(泡状流、弹状流)的气泡大小及体积测量,满足工程应用需要。
Gas-liquid two-phase flow monitoring is a key application for manned spaceflight development. Size and cumulative volume of the bubbles in the liquid phase is the primary measurement parameters. Based on optical detection techniques bubble size and volume measurements is achieved, contrast with high-speed cameras and quick closing valve measurement, the experimental results show that the optical detection technology enables two-phase flow in micro-gravity environment common flow patterns (bubble flow, slug flow) of the bubble size and volume measurements, meet the engineering application needs.
