With the development of information technology.Puting forward by German Siemenscompany- ＂Industry 4.0＂ marked the fourth industrial revolution starting.As a leader of the globalmanufacture.China presented ＂China Manufacture 2025＂ as an opportunity to looking for the pointwhere did manufacture and information combine.In this paper, the application of intelligent system inmanufacturing process of electroplating production line has been researched by buildingstandardization, modular design, manufacture and storage process.Put forward the solutions to adaptto the development of manufacturing, giving a guidance scheme for manufacturing of the traditionalelectroplating production line.
