摘要
根据偏置曲柄滑块机构的原理,提出一种由电机和丝杆驱动的翻转结构,并且利用Solidworks Motion插件的仿真功能对电机扭矩和丝杆受力情况进行了分析,最后校核了电机的扭矩和丝杆的寿命。
Based on the principle of offset crank slider mechanism, we propose a turn-over structuredriven by a motor and a screw, and use of the simulation function of Solidworks Motion widget foranalysis of motor torque and screw force conditions. Finally, the torque of the motor and the servicelife of the screw are checked.
