摘要 通过介绍有机半导体材料的极性反转、聚合物的极化反转,探讨有机半导体的电学性能以及在半导体器件中的应用使有机半导体研究成为新世纪研究的新热点。 Organic semiconductor materials were introduced in this paper the polarization reversal of polarity reversal, polymer, discusses the organic semiconductor electronic properties and its application in semiconductor devices.
