摘要
部分中国海外项目采用了当地规范,若对当地规范不熟悉则易对海外项目的投标、设计或施工造成一定阻碍。因此,在中国铁路走出去的大背景下,对目前拥有成员国最多的铁路联盟之一的国际铁路联盟(UIC)所推出的规程进行研究就具有现实意义。为此,先对UIC 719R中的岩土分类进行介绍,后对其常用的路基结构进行剖析,并以土耳其安伊高铁为例对路基结构层厚度进行了分析与计算。
Parts of China overseas projects adopt local norms and, if not familiar with them, certain obstruction may arise in the bidding,design or construction thereof. On the days when China railway is going out,the study on the codes specified by International Union of Railways( UIC),the railway alliance with most members currently,has practical significance. Therefore,this paper introduced the geotechnical classification in UIC 719 R,then analyzed the commonly-used subgrade structures,and made the calculations on the thickness of structural layer on the basis of Turkey Ankara-Istanbul High-speed Railway.
