摘要 为研究重复再生沥青的再生规律及抗老化性能,测试了采用新沥青再生的重复再生沥青和再生剂再生的重复再生沥青的针入度、黏度、软化点和延度,同时对比测试新沥青、一次再生沥青和再生重复再生沥青在不同老化时间下的抗老化性能。研究结果表明:随着新沥青或再生剂掺量的增加,重复再生沥青的黏度和软化点逐渐降低,针入度和延度逐渐增加;采用再生剂再生的重复再生沥青的延度恢复效果明显优于采用新沥青再生的重复再生沥青;重复再生沥青的针入度对数、黏度对数和软化点与再生剂(或新沥青)掺量呈良好线性关系,满足再生方程;重复再生沥青的抗老化性能比新沥青、一次再生沥青都差。 To study the recycling law and anti-aging performance of repeatedly recycled asphalt,the needle penetration,viscosity,softening point and ductility of recycled asphalt which was regenerated from new asphalt and reclaiming agent respectively,were tested; simultaneously,the anti-aging performance under different aging time of recycled asphalt regenerated from new,primarily recycled and repeatedly recycled asphalt was tested as well for comparison. The results show that,as the proportion of new asphalt or reclaiming agent increases,for the repeatedly recycled asphalt,its viscosity and softening point decrease gradually,while the needle penetration and ductility thereof increase,wherein for the recycled asphalt regenerated from reclaiming agent,the recovery effect in terms of ductility is superior to that of the recycled asphalt regenerated from new asphalt obviously; the logarithm of needle penetration and viscosity of repeatedly recycled asphalt,and the softening point have good linear relation to the proportion of reclaiming agent( or new asphalt),satisfying the recycling equation; compared to new and primarily recycled asphalt,the repeatedly recycled asphalt has the worst anti-aging performance.
