摘要 柳钢转炉厂采用BOF→LF(RH)→CC工艺生产铝脱氧钢,分析认为冶炼过程中钢水增氮的主要影响因素:转炉炉后吹氩与造渣、LF过程吹氩控制、LF埋弧加热效。介绍实施的相应改进与优化措施,使冶炼过程增氮质量分数稳定控制在25×10^(-6)以内。 The Converter Steelmaking Plant of the process of BOF→LF(RH)→CC, it was to analyze the nitrogen in molten steel during smelting including: Liuzhou Steel produced the aluminium-killed steel with and regard that the main influencing factors for increasing argon blowing and slagging after converter furnace smelting, argon control during LF smelting and LF immersed arc and thermal effect. The corresponding improvement and optimized countermeasures implemented were introduced, and hence the mass fraction of nitrogen increment during the smelting could be controlled within,the range of 25 × 10-6.
