我国10届民运会演进的特征、经验及走向

Characteristics,Experience and Future of National Traditional Games of Ethnic Minorities of China

运用文献法、访谈法等方法对我国民运会的演进特征、经验及走向进行研究。研究认为,我国民运会在举办宗旨上体现"团结"与"进步"同举、项目设置上突出民族"个性"与"共性"并重、吉祥物与会徽凸显"地域特色"与"大中华和谐"相辉映、参赛民族与运动员不断增多、赛事亮点呈现出"现代体育理念"与"传统人文精神"相对接等演进特征。民运会演进过程中存在"汇报式"赛事渐入"现代化"与"竞技化"泥潭、"边缘化"处境难逃"囚徒"困境、体育"违规"症像背离赛事文明等教训。提出建构民族传统体育传承的文化空间,推进民运会的社会产业化进程;尊重民族传统体育文化的固有属性,把民俗休闲作为发展的一个重要方向;采用逐渐扩散的方式,将民运会发展成为东方运动盛会。

Literature study,logical analysis and interviews of the ten National Traditional Games of Ethnic Minorities of China showed that the core values of the games were＂solidarity＂and＂progress＂.The sports events embraced those popular as well as those unique.The mascots and emblems reflected regional characteristics and Chinese characteristics.The number of teams and athletes gradually increased.However,problems existed.There were overemphasis on the competitiveness.Fouls were frequently seen.It was held that the National Traditional Games of Ethnic Minorities should be further promoted so that it could be more influential and the traditional sports culture could be better kept.
