摘要
在地方高校转型的背景下,如何加强高校教师队伍建设,培养出适应转型发展的高素质的教师队伍,是摆在高校管理者面前不可回避的重要问题。唐山师范学院在总结以往教师培养的经验基础上,提出高校与地方政府、基础教育学校以及企事业单位三位一体,协同创新,培养适应转型需要的高校教师队伍的新模式,以解决高校教师不能适应高校转型发展的问题。
In the context of local colleges and universities in transition, there emerges an unavoidable and important question. That is how to fit teacher training work to the facilitation and acceleration of the transition. To solve the problem of the teachers' inability to cope with the changes, Tangshan Normal University, on the basis of summing up past experience, has come up with a trinity mode of teacher training that coordinates the local government, the elementary educational entities, enterprises, and the colleges and universities, for the purpose of collaborative innovation to cater to the need of college and university transition.
