我国公共图书馆服务社会化理论与实践的思考

A Thought of Theoretical and Practical Ways of Public Library Service Socialization

从公共图书馆公共服务的职能作用、行业现状入手,对我国各地公共图书馆近年来的改革探索与实践特色进行了深入调研,对公共图书馆服务社会化的理论基础和政策支撑做了系统分析,剖析了在具体实践过程中呈现出的难点和制约因素,在统一认识、资金保障、质量控制、优化管理体系、推广理事会制度等方面,提出了提升和推进公共图书馆服务社会化的对策建议。

In this paper, a deep research is conducted on the reform exploration and practical features of our country＇ s public libraries in recent years from the aspects of public service＇ function and industry status, and the theo- retical basis and policy support of service socialization are analysed systematically and the difficulties and restraining factors presented in practicing process. And then the author also puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of promoting and advancing service socialization in public library on unified understanding, financial support, quality control, optimal management system, institutionalized council system.
