摘要
通过系统调查与梳理国内外森林养生的开发利用情况,对森林养生的发展、养生保健功效、开发的主要形式与特点等进行了细致的分析。在结合国外开展森林养生所取得成功经验的基础上,对中国森林养生基地的建设提出建立完善的法律保障体系、健全有序的管理与标准体系、加强研究深化合作机制、完善整体规划与试点示范、提高理念宣传与公众引导、注重人才培养与技术创新等建议。
Through the system investigation and analysis of domestic and foreign forest wellness development situation,the development of forest wellness,care effects of forest wellness,development of the main forms and characteristics were detailed analysis. Combined with the foreign successful experience of forest wellness,the related suggestions which focused on the establish a sound legal security system; improve the orderly management and standard system; strengthen research and cooperation mechanism; improve the overall planning and pilot demonstration; improve the concept of publicity and public guidance; and pay attention to personnel training and technological innovation were put forward for the construction of China＇s forest wellness base.
