经费有限,为了购买教师荐购的贵重图书,咸阳师范学院图书馆采取以下方式满足教师需求:申请学校专项经费、纳入个人科研项目经费、纳入研究基地及重点学科经费、从常规购书经费中适当划拨。为了保障图书荐购工作的持续发展,建议采取荐购经费制度化、图书效益评估、采购方式多元化、探索图书荐购工作的良性发展机制、协调共享等措施。

In order to buy the precious books recommended by the teachers in the case of limited funds, Library of Xianyang Normal University takes the following ways to meet the demand of teachers： applying for special school funds,achieving personal scientific research project funds,geting the research base and key subject funds,and the appropriate transfering from conventional books funding. In order to ensure the sustainable development of book recommendation work,we put forward the measures of the recommendation for institutionalization,diversification of purchasing ways,improving the work process, exploring the book recommendation work of benign development mechanism, and cooperation and resource sharing.
