摘要
本文以活性炭作为吸附剂对玉米油中的苯并芘进行吸附研究,研究了活性炭吸附苯并芘的工艺和动力学,考察了活性炭用量、吸附时间和吸附温度对吸附的影响。结果表明,用活性炭能很好将玉米油中的苯并芘吸附掉。在吸附时间为30 min,温度110℃,活性炭用量为油质量0.3‰的条件下,能达到很好的吸附效果。动力学研究结果表明,该吸附过程符合准二级反应动力学。
The benzopyrene in corn oil was treated by active carbon.The treatment process and kinetics of adsorption were studied.The effects of temperature,activated carbon dose and time were investigated.The results show that active carbon can effectively adsorb the benzopyrene in corn oil with activated carbon dose 0.3‰ at 110 ℃for 30 min.The adsorption process is controlled by pseudo-second order kinetic.
