摘要
探讨库拉索芦荟鲜汁对乙醇引起急性胃粘膜损伤的保护作用效果。将48只大鼠随机分成3组试验组、1组阴性对照组,试验组分别用5、10、20 mL/kg BW(分别相当于人体推荐用量的2.5、5、10倍)3个剂量的芦荟鲜汁给大鼠连续灌胃30 d,对大鼠实施解剖,测定胃粘膜损伤程度。结果显示:各剂量试验组的胃粘膜损伤面积均小于阴性对照组,表明库拉索芦荟鲜汁对胃粘膜损伤有辅助保护作用。
The protective effects of orally consumed Aloe vera barbadensis miller juice on ethanol-induced acute gastric mucosal injury were evaluated.48 rats were divided randomly into three test groups and one negative control group.The rats were fed for 30 days in three different doses of 5,10,20 mL/kg BW,equivalent to 2.5,5,10 times of human recommended dose respectively.Rats were then dissected and the extent of gastric mucosal injury was evaluated.The result indicates that the rats in the test groups of three different doses have a smaller gastric mucosal injury area than those in the negative control group.It is concluded that the orally consumption of Aloe vera barbadensis miller juice has a protective effect on the gastric mucosa injury.
