摘要
采用问卷法、文本分析法、访谈法对四所特殊教育学校IEP的制定情况进行了调查研究。结果发现,IEP虽由团队成员共同制定,但团队成员的结构明显不合理;IEP文本的构成项目不够完整且不符合撰写的规范。此外,文章分析了上述问题的产生原因并给出了相关建议,如制定或完善有关IEP的法律法规、提升教师的专业化水平、加强各方合作等。
This study used questionnaires, text analysis, interviews to investigate individualized education plan design in four spe- cial education schools. The results show that IEP is designed by team members, but its structure is unreasonable; the composition of the IEP text is not complete, and do not conform to the written specification. This paper analyses the causes of the problems, and proposes to develop or improve laws and regulations, enhance the professional level of teachers, and strengthen cooperation in various fields.
