残疾人高等职业教育中存在的问题及对策

Problems in Development of Higher Vocational Education for the Disabled and Its Countermeasures

党的十八大对特殊教育和残疾人事业提出了更高的目标和要求,新形势下残疾人高等职业教育发展面临机遇和挑战。目前,残疾人高等职业教育存在办学规模较小,师资力量薄弱;办学层次不高,课程设置单一;社会偏见严重,就业范围狭窄等问题。因此,建议扩大办学规模,提升办学层次;完善师资队伍,优化课程设置;满足市场需求,充分保障就业。

The l 8th National Congress of the Communist Party of China puts forward higher goals and requirements for special edu- cation and the cause of the disabled, Under the new situation, the development of higher vocational education for disabled are fa- cing new opportunities and challenges. At present, higher vocational education for the disabled persons has the following prob- lems： a small scale, weak teachers, low school levels, onefold curriculum setting, intense social bias, and narrow employment fields. Therefore, it is suggested to expand the scale and improve the level of running school, improve the teachers＇ team, opti- mize the curriculum, meet the needs of the market, and fully guarantee the employment.
