涉铁市政通道建设的关键问题研究——以常熟市穿越沪通铁路通道为例

Key Problem Research on Railway-related Municipal Channel Construction:Taking the Municipal Channel Crossing Hutong Railway in Changshu for Example

以常熟市沪通铁路为例,分析铁路建设与穿越铁路的市政通道建设之间的相互关系,并归纳其适应性,针对存在的矛盾提出相应的解决对策。在技术层面,指出地方通道调整的一般原则和思路;在实施层面,指出相互间工期协调的原则。

Taking Changshu Hutong Railway for example,the relationship and the flexibility of railway construction and municipal tunnel crossing railway construction are analyzed and summarized.Aiming at the existing conflicts,corresponding countermeasures are proposed in this paper.At the technical level,common rules and ideas for local municipal channel adjustment are presented,and at the operating level,the principle to the construction period coordination is pointed out.
