摘要
通过对长春市水资源利用现状及再生水利用现状的调查分析,指出再生水回用作为污水资源化的重要体现形式,是解决长春市水资源短缺,实现水资源可持续开发利用的重要途径。提出长春市再生水回用应加强宣传,政府通过立法鼓励和辅助再生水回用工程,从规划角度为再生水利用打下良好的基础条件,将目前工业企业再生水回用系统的模式逐步过渡到整个城市再生水集中回用模式。
According to an investigation &analysis of utilization status of water resource &recycled water in Changchun,it is pointed that,as an important expression mode of sewage resourcezation,the recycled water reuse is regarded as an important approach to solve the shortage of local water resource and to realize the sustainable developing and using of water source.Changchun government should strengthen the propaganda of the recycled water reuse,encourage and assist this type project by government legislation.The basic conditions of recycled water reuse are created from the aspect of urban planning.And the current industrial enterprise recycled water reuse system mode is hoped to gradually transferred to the whole city recycled water concentration mode.
