Current Situation and Development Countermeasures of Nanchong Silk Reeling Industry

通过回顾南充缫丝产业的兴衰历程,分析南充缫丝产业低迷现状的主客观原因。如今"一带一路"战略构想对振兴南充缫丝产业带来许多机遇,针对缫丝产业现状,结合产业基础优势,提出南充缫丝产业发展的对策建议,其中包括突破传统模式提高蚕茧质量、抱团发展助推产业集群化、技术创新助推产业升级、政企合力助推品牌建设、内外并重拓展多元化销售市场、信贷支持增强企业运转能力、税制改革减负增效等方面。以期传统缫丝产业在国家产业结构调整中通过转型升级实现健康发展。

This paper reviews the development process of Nanchong silk reeling industry,and analyzes subjective and objective reasons for the downturn of Nanchong silk reeling industry. Today,the strategic conception of＂one Belt and one Road＂has brought many opportunities for revitalizing Nanchong silk reeling industry. Aiming at current situation of silk reeling industry,the paper combines the advantage of industrial base and puts forward some suggestions on developing Nanchong silk reeling industry, including breaching traditional mode to improve cocoon quality,developing into alliance to boost industrial cluster,innovating technology to boost industry upgrading,working together with government and enterprises to boost brand building,paying equal attention to overseas sale and domestic demand to expend diversification business market,supporting by finance to enhance enterprise’s operation ability,reforming tax system to reduce enterprise’s burden and improve enterprise’s benefit. All these measures aim to make contributions to healthy development of traditional silk reeling industry by transformation and upgrading in national industrial structure adjustment.
