摘要
项目管理是一项复杂、独特和具有挑战性的工作。项目经理在项目实施和管理中,采用什么行为模式带领、协调、指导和激励项目团队完成计划任务,对于实现项目预定目标具有重要的影响。此文以领导行为理论为基础,阐述项目经理在项目实施中的职责和责任,并从项目生命周期和绩效管理等方面,对项目经理应具备的领导行为模式和项目领导力进行详细分析,揭示了项目经理不仅要具备权力影响力,而且要具备非权力影响力,才能带领项目团队最终实现预定目标。
Project management is a complex, unique and challenging work. In project implementation and manage- ment, project manager adopt what behavior patterns lead, coordinate, guide and motivate project team to complete the project tasks, have important influence on achieving project goals. Based on the theory of leadership behavior, the duties and responsibilities of project manager in the project implementation are expounded, and from the project life cycle and performance management, etc., the project manager should possess leadership behavior pattern is detailed analyzed. It reveals that the project manager should not only have the power to influence, and should have the power to influence, to lead the project team to achieve the intended target.
