摘要
我国建筑企业承建国际工程项目,如何通过属地化经营管理来提升企业的核心竞争力和项目管理水平,达到预期目标,是走向国际工程市场必须具备的条件。此文在阐述国际工程项目实行属地化经营管理必要性的基础上,进一步阐述承建国际工程各阶段实行属地化经营管理的方法和手段。以期实现承揽国际工程的目的。
How to improve enterprise core competitiveness and the project management level through localized management is the necessary conditions for the construction enterprises in our country. Based on expounding the necessity of applying localized management for international engineering projects,the methods and means of implementing localized management in different stages are further elaborated in order to achieve the goal of the international engineering contracting.
