摘要
根据SBT教学理念,结合组织社会化的相关因素和人才社会化测量指标,构建实证研究的理论模型,运用实证研究方法探讨了课程社会化策略对大学生社会化水平的影响。结果显示,内容因素对于人才社会化的影响最为显著;社会化评价体系对个人交际能力、学业成就有着显著影响;交往式组织方式和学习方式的社会化拓展对人际沟通自主性有着显著影响,最后基于以上结论提出相关教学策略。
According to the SBT teaching philosophy, combined with the relevant factors of organizational socialization and talent socialized measurement indexes, an empirical research model was constructed.Empirical research methods were used to investigate the impact of course socialization strategies on the level of socialization of College students. The results showed that, content factors in the course socialization strategy based on the SBT philosophy are most significantly affect the socialization of college students; social assessment system has significant effect on personal communication ability and academic achievement. The in-class interpersonal organization and the socialization of learning methods have significant impacts on interpersonal communication autonomy. Based on the above conclusions, the key teaching strategies were proposed.
