我国海洋生物医药研究成果产业化国际合作机制研究

A Study on the International Cooperation Mechanism of Industrialization of Research Results of China's Marine Biomedicine Research

海洋生物医药业是我国的战略性新兴产业,也是发展"蓝色经济"的重要内容。近些年来,得益于国家政策的大力支持,我国海洋生物医药产业获得了快速发展。但由于行业的特殊性,该产业目前正面临着研究成果产业化困难、进而影响产业发展的问题。基于海洋生物医药研究成果产业化国际合作的客观性与必然性及其研究成果产业化问题,本文从保障机制、激励机制和约束机制三方面,提出我国海洋生物医药研究成果产业化国际合作机制,以期促进海洋生物医药研究成果转化、推进海洋生物医药的产业化发展。

Marine biomedicine industry is not only China＇s strategic emerging industry, but also an important part of the Blue Economy. In recent years, China＇s marine biomedicine industry has developed rapidly thanks to the strong support of national policies. Nevertheless, owing to the particularity of the marine biomedicine industry, it is now facing an extremely tough difficulty： how to facilitate the industrialization of the research results. Based on the analysis of the objectivity and necessity of international cooperation and the difficulty of the industrialization that China＇s marine biomedicine industry is encountering, this paper hopes to build an international cooperation mechanism for it, which includes three respects guarantee mechanism, incentive mechanism and restraint mechanism.
