摘要 港珠澳大桥西人工岛设置暗埋段隧道,其首节管节与海上段沉管隧道对接形成隧道与人工岛的连接。隧道暗埋段首节管节端头设置有全断面大型端钢壳,做为与沉管隧道对接时GINA止水带的受压面。由于对接端面止水要求十分严格,为此,对端钢壳的安装精度、平整度及焊接质量都提出了极为严格的要求。以港珠澳大桥西人工岛暗埋段端钢壳安装为技术背景,详细介绍了大型端钢壳的定位、安装工艺。 Hongkong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge west artificial island set the buried section of tunnel, its first section union docked with the maritime segments immersed tube tunnel to form a connection between tunnel and artificial island. The end of the first pipe joint of the tunnel buried section has a whole section of large end steel shell, as the GINA water-stop pressure surface when the end steel shell is docking with the immersed tunnel. Because the water-stop surface is very strict check on water, the installation precision and flatness and welding quality of end steel shell are put forward very strict requirements. Taking the installation of the end steel shell in buried section of Hongkong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge west island as technical background, we introduced in detail the positioning and installation process of large-scale end steel shell.
