摘要
以港珠澳大桥沉管隧道管节预制工程为依托,为减小管节预制钢筋笼在整个预制过程中的变形,采取在钢筋笼内部加入劲性骨架的措施。从角钢下料、制作场所、骨架分段定位、焊接变形控制、原材料保护、骨架结构设计等6个方面论述了骨架制作精度控制方法以及底板、墙体、顶板骨架的安装精度控制方法。骨架外形尺寸及安装精度均满足工程要求。
Based on the Hongkong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge immersed tube element prefabrication project, in order to reduce the deformation of steel cage in the whole process of tube element prefabrication, we took the rigid skeleton in the steel cage. From six aspects including the angel steel blanking, production sites, skeleton segment positioning, welding deformation control, raw material protection, and skeleton structure design, we discussed the manufacturing accuracy control method of skeleton, and the installation accuracy control method of the skeletons on floor, wall, and roof. The overall dimension and installation accuracy of skeleton can satisfy the requirements of engineering.
