摘要 管节拉合作业是沉管隧道管节浮运安装过程中衔接管节沉放及水力压接的重要步骤,港珠澳大桥沉管隧道使用的拉合系统包括自动搭接、距离监测、拉力检测、水下视频监控等功能。文章详细介绍了该系统及控制方法的4个阶段7个步骤。工程实践证明,可以完全适用于沉管隧道管节拉合作业。 The pulling-connecting construction of tube elements is an important step between immersion and hydraulic crimping of tube elements during the floating transportation and installation process of immersed tunnel. The pulling-connecting system was used for the Hongkong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge immersed tunnel, it includes automatic lap, distance monitoring, pulling test, underwater video monitoring and other functions. We introduced the system and control method, which was divided into seven steps in four phases. The engineering practice has proved that it can completely suitable for the pulling-connecting construction of immersed tube elements.
