摘要 港珠澳大桥岛隧工程沉管浮运安装是集多项复杂技术与诸多风险于一体的系统性工程,管节一、二次舾装为该系统的重要组成部分,质量优劣直接关系到沉管浮运、安装、对接的成败。为保障沉管安全对接,辨析沉管舾装施工的风险因数,描述管节舾装施工风险管控的具体措施,经过前20个管节的验证,所采取的一系列措施是有效的,保证了沉管顺利浮运安装。 The immersed tube floating installation in the Hongkong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge island & tunnel project is a systemic engineering, which integrating various complex technologies with a lot of risks. The first and second outfitting of tube elements are the important parts of the system, its fit and unfit quality directly related to the success of the floating, installation, and docking of immersed tube. In order to ensure the safe docking of immersed tube, we analyzed the risk factor of immersed tube outfitting construction, described the risk management and control measures of the construction. By the verification of 20 tube elements, a series measures are effective, have guaranteed the successful floating installation of immersed tubes.
