以港珠澳大桥岛隧工程建设为背景,论述人文管理在培育团队精神方面的作用,旨在通过创新管理,融入现代化人本管理元素,不断提升全体建设者综合素质和思想行为标准,实现团队协作,优势互补,凝聚合力,不断提升建设品质,实现工程建设目标。

Based on the Hongkong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge island＆amp; tunnel project construction, we discussed the role of the humanistic management in cultivating team spirit. Through management innovation, we integrated into modern humanistic management elements, to improve all the builders’ overall quality and thought behavior standard, to achieve the team collaboration, complementary advantages, cohesion force, constantly improve the quality of construction, and realize the goal of engineering construction.
